1. Ownership & Rights

You confirm that:

  • You own the content or
  • You have full legal rights to reproduce it

2. Responsibility for Content

You accept full responsibility for:

  • Copyright compliance
  • Trademark usage
  • Any legal claims related to submitted files


All Star Texas is not responsible for misuse of protected content.

3. File Quality

You acknowledge that:

  • Print quality depends on file quality
  • Low-resolution images may result in poor output


All Star Texas is not responsible for quality issues caused by low-quality files.

4. Modifications

We may make minor adjustments (sizing, positioning, formatting) to ensure production
compatibility.

5. Promotional Use

You grant All Star Texas permission to use completed work for:

  • Portfolio
  • Marketing
  • Social media
